Heidi is a warm-hearted soul with a gentle spirit, shaped by years spent on a blustery farm in the Scottish Highlands, just a stone’s throw from the legendary Loch Ness. She has a knack for baking—her oatcakes and buttery shortbread are the stuff of local legend—and a deep appreciation for cozy comforts. Though she adored the rolling green hills and dramatic skies of her homeland, Heidi longed for sunnier skies and a slower pace. A quiet farm in Australia offered the perfect retreat.
