Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly give you a 10 day return window from the time you receive your purchase. You will just need to let us know via email (shop@homestoreashgrove.com.au) within the 10 days so be can work towards a resolution. Unless the goods are agreed to be faulty, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of the return postage.
This returns policy does not apply to any goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, dropped or broken, or changed in any way. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
There are no returns for sale items, or where there is a health and safety risk, such as earrings or hair accessories.
Refunds are issued using the original method of payment for the cost of the items and will not include freight costs. Any returns that fail to meet the appropriate criteria for refund or exchange will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Returns may take up to seven business days to process.
We recommend sending your returns via registered post as Home Store cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
