Heating Instructions:
Heat your pillow on a clean, dry plate in a microwave with a rotating turntable only. Ensure the heat pillow does not come into contact with food residue, cooking oils, grease, butter, or any other substances. Not suitable for flatbed microwaves. We recommend heating in 30-second to 1-minute intervals, depending on the power of your microwave.
